Dr. Yael Porat, DC is passionate about helping individuals and families feel their best through gentle, personalized chiropractic care. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences and is Webster Certified, with advanced training in pediatric and perinatal care — the part of chiropractic she is most often asked about by expectant mothers in Coral Springs and Parkland.

Care for every stage of life

Dr. Yael enjoys caring for patients at every stage of life — newborns and children, expectant mothers, and adults who simply want a gentler approach. Techniques are scaled to the patient: the pressure used with an infant is light enough to be measured in fingertips, and the goal with a child is comfort and function, never force.

For pregnancy, the Webster technique is a specific, gentle assessment and adjustment of the pelvis and its surrounding soft tissue, used to support comfort, balance and mobility as the body changes trimester by trimester. Chiropractic, acupuncture and rehabilitation

Dr. Yael is also certified in acupuncture, which she integrates with chiropractic care, rehabilitation and the clinic’s supportive therapies when it fits a patient’s goals. She is currently pursuing her Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics through the American Chiropractic Association.

Adults see her for back pain, neck pain and headaches as well. Patients often mention that she relieved tension they had carried for years, and that the office treats them like family.

She believes that every patient deserves to be heard and cared for as an individual. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of discomfort, improving overall function, and helping patients reach their own health goals — whether that is a more comfortable third trimester, a child who is settled and comfortable again, or a parent who can get through the day without pain.
